E-Therapy

 E-therapy is counselling service via e-mail, video conferencing, chat technology, or any combination of these. For those individuals who suffer physical limitations, or who may be uncomfortable with traditional models of therapy, you may find e-therapy more suitable. It is another option for people  who are uncomfortable with talking face to face with someone about their problems or who are suffering from social phobias, agoraphobia's or anxiety disorders.
